DESCRIPTION:“Financial Literacy begins and ends with Financial discipline” \n      \nThat was one of the key takeaways from the financial literacy training held in May for staff at Champion Breweries. \nAs part of our efforts to support all-round employee growth\, the 2-day training titled “Empowering Employees Through Financial Literacy” was organized to help over 90 staff members gain better control of their finances. \n  \nThe training focused on the basic principles of financial literacy like: \n\nEarning – Understanding where your money comes from and how to grow it\nBudgeting – Learning how to plan your spending so your money works for you\n\nParticipants also learned that financial literacy means having the right knowledge\, habits\, and confidence to make smart money choices. It’s not just about numbers—it’s about being prepared\, avoiding mistakes\, and working toward your financial goals. \nThrough practical tips and real-life examples\, employees were encouraged to take small\, simple steps to build a healthier financial future—starting with a solid financial plan.
