Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Branch Managers to lead our branch operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the branch’s loan portfolio, supervising staff, and achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND Finance, Marketing or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Supervise and mentor branch staff to achieve business objectives - Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and attract new business
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improvement
