Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and results-driven Branch Managers to lead our branch operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the branch’s loan portfolio, supervising staff, and achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum of HND Finance, Marketing or any related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Supervise and mentor branch staff to achieve business objectives
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Maintain relationships with existing customers and attract new business
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improvement
